Using the SQLite FTS shards and existing databases we need to implement the existing Search Rest Endpoint so the python client can search.
The search REST endpoints are fully implemented and tested against the production depot. Both /search/0/{token} (v0, text tuples) and /search/1/{token} (v1, structured results with return types) work, including POST for v1. Publisher-less routes are wired up for clients that don't include a publisher prefix. Empty results return 204 No Content per the pkg5 depot spec. Verified against the real omnios repo with 2254 packages — FTS5 index lookup, FMRI resolution from active.db, the whole pipeline works.
