The current OpenIndiana pkg5
pkgrepo -s http://127.0.0.1:18082/ inforeturned:has no repositories that support the 'status/0' operationagainst pkg6depotd atca42462105cb5b5c9c42145bd3ccf73502256d5e. The same scratch depot passed pkg5pkg refresh, catalog listing, remote manifest info, pkgrecv, and package install/verify/uninstall (#42);pkgrepo -s ... listalso passed. This is a distinct operator compatibility gap, not a demonstrated blocker for client package serving or the RC2 artifact.Implement the local OpenIndiana pkg5
status/0response contract in the read-only depot, advertise it only when implemented, and add a native regression that runspkgrepo infoagainst a scratch server. Use the localrepos/OpenIndiana/solaris-ipsimplementation as the behavior authority. Keep this separate from the historical 2020 ISO/snapshot acceptance in #42.Evidence:

pkgrepo -s URL infois a standard operator check andstatus/0is a small read-only operation that pkg5's own read-only depot serves.
