Implements #29. pkg6depotd exports OTLP/HTTP protobuf traces, metrics, and logs through bounded per-signal queues that evict the oldest record. Collector failures and retries stay off the request path; shutdown honors its configured deadline. The packaged KDL sample and pkg6depotd(8) document the operator interface.

Validation: 51 depot tests pass, including mock collector, overflow, permanent rejection, proxy, SIGTERM, and slow final metrics flush cases. Local cargo fmt and targeted clippy pass; native illumos and combined integration remain pending. This PR stacks on #43 and remains WIP until the integrated release candidate is tested.

Superseded by #54, which brings the whole RC13 line (feat/historical-import, a strict superset of v1-integration-20260923) to main in one pull request, as decided in ADR-015 item 6. Nothing from this branch is lost; closing to keep one integration path.
