Historical Hipster, OpenSolaris legacy, oi-sparc, and unleashed content require separate repository roots, including oi-sparc whose publisher name overlaps Hipster. This PR adds direct per-instance SMF properties for repository root, bind address/port, and static TLS certificate/key. The KDL file remains for ACME and telemetry. IPS upgrade and removal actuators target every instance. The operator book, illumos-style man page, and ADR-015 describe source routing and administration.

RC14 (v1.0.0-rc.14, 5cbf36a) was built from the exact tag on oibuild and published with the same release pipeline as Linux. Native release-profile nextest passed 460 tests (one opt-in skip); 564 release-script checks, baseline IPS dry run, and pkg5 smoke passed. Local pkg6depotd nextest passed 121 tests. Linux CI passed. The Solstice illumos PR job failed before compilation when sccache rustc -vV timed out; the native oibuild gate passed.

The tagged IPS package is installed and verified on private oirepo6. The default service on port 8080 and named legacy, oi-sparc, and unleashed instances are online with separate roots. The legacy root has one byte-exact NFS-backed sample; oibldofgate's native pkg5 client listed and fetched its manifest and all three payloads through the named instance. The public proxy still points to the old host.

Full historical imports, Hipster 2020 ISO client acceptance, and the automated live-image/SMF lifecycle test remain open. This PR is stacked on feat/historical-import (RC13).
