Workflow definitions now show actor, stage, complete prompts and configured gate requirements. Definition errors support retry while retaining cached data; narrow screens stack list/detail and configured done-stage gates remain visible.

Validation: independent PWA production build (including TypeScript), lint, and focused regression tests passed. The combined PWA suite also passed. Local fixture browser checks were performed; authenticated live UI acceptance is pending sign-in. Anima review/CI and human acceptance remain required; this PR does not claim deployment.
