At phone widths the Projects board compressed plan cards to113px and hid work-item titles; Agents compressed identity rows to zero width and pushed reviewer switches outside the viewport. Projects now offers full-width Plans/Phases views below1024px while retaining paired desktop panes. Titles and metadata wrap, canonical links are keyboard reachable, and thread actions have44px phone targets. Agents stacks below768px, keeps controls contained and names switches by role and identity.

Includes the authenticated read-only eight-section baseline audit and exact validation limitations under docs/design/ui-live-audit-2026-09-30. No scheduling, grouping, availability calculation, backend API, account or lifecycle semantics changed. Existing PR755–762 remain separate fixes.

Validation: final PWA production build including TypeScript, lint and65files/491tests passed. Independent local review approved the focused code. Local fixture browser geometry passed Projects320/375/390/1023/1024/1280 and Agents320/375/390/768/820/1280; real Tab navigation skipped the hidden pane. Preview screenshot capture failed repeatedly, so no post-fix screenshot, native mobile or deployed acceptance is claimed. Canonical review/CI and human acceptance remain required.
