Executor creation previously ignored the selected project and updated the model in a second RPC. Creation now sends both values in one CreateCompanion request; a rejected save keeps the form and displays an actionable error.

Validation: independent PWA production build (including TypeScript), lint, and focused regression tests passed. The combined PWA suite also passed. Local fixture browser checks were performed; authenticated live UI acceptance is pending sign-in. Anima review/CI and human acceptance remain required; this PR does not claim deployment.
