User creation now upserts the query cache by identity and refreshes the roster, keeping the first created member visible and preventing duplicates after refetch. Roster failures support retry, rejected forms retain input, and empty passwords are blocked before submission.

Validation: independent PWA production build (including TypeScript), lint, and focused regression tests passed. The combined PWA suite also passed. Local fixture browser checks were performed; authenticated live UI acceptance is pending sign-in. Anima review/CI and human acceptance remain required; this PR does not claim deployment.
