Account preferences now load and save through the existing caller-scoped SettingsService. Project visibility filters empty projects while retaining explicit/remembered selections and manually hidden recovery controls. Adds the inbox auto-clear window, load/save recovery and honest account/build status. Project-list errors no longer look like an empty instance.

Validation: independent PWA production build (including TypeScript), lint, and focused regression tests passed. The combined PWA suite also passed. Local fixture browser checks were performed; authenticated live UI acceptance is pending sign-in. Anima review/CI and human acceptance remain required; this PR does not claim deployment.
