The page previously displayed static green runtime indicators and treated unrelated work-item events as successful automation runs. It now identifies documented behaviors, exposes unavailable runtime state explicitly, classifies only recorded event kinds and outcomes, links evidence identities, and offers scoped query retry. Promotion documentation and agent registry capability claims match the existing APIs.

Validation: independent PWA production build (including TypeScript), lint, and focused regression tests passed. The combined PWA suite also passed. Local fixture browser checks were performed; authenticated live UI acceptance is pending sign-in. Anima review/CI and human acceptance remain required; this PR does not claim deployment.
