Work item: 01a03edf-54b7-77a0-abee-12ee282f0e2e (WI-345).
Stacked on WI-344 / #514 and WI-343 / #356; their accepted dependencies remain pending.

Deployment templates still advertised removed HTTP listener settings, and PID discovery still carried obsolete HTTP fields. This change uses canonical ACP settings and the settled database configuration across systemd, SMF, Docker and Helm, then makes CLI/TUI discovery consume only process and ACP metadata.

PostgreSQL URLs come from external protected files or Kubernetes Secret references. SMF retains its complete typed property group. The chart defaults to one durable SQLite replica and refuses SQLite on emptyDir/tmpfs; PostgreSQL may retain cache-only storage. Old PID records are intentionally rejected for the pre-1.0 cutover.

The sole legacy HTTP URL consumer was the agent-management tool module. It now explicitly reports the retired transport. Its missing ACP adapter is not implemented or claimed restored by this PR.

Validation: 16 Helm tests pass on integrated source, including SQLite/PostgreSQL selection, Secret references, duplicate URL rejection and durable-storage guards. XML well-formedness and shell syntax pass; native service import/start and deployed acceptance have not been run. Final integrated source bc528bf0 passes 218 configuration-related tests, 22 client/discovery tests, server library/daemon checks, ordinary Clippy, and a no-default-features library check. The minimal build exposed an upstream WI-343 feature-boundary regression; that was repaired in PR #356 and integrated through #514 before these final passes. Published successor changes only this validation document. Independent source review approved the integrated diff.

No deployment or native approval is claimed. Use merged-main binaries for the eventual platform acceptance run. The small ingress-auth test fixture correction includes the Seshat ConfigMap already referenced by its deployment hash; its two original failures reproduce at the unchanged base.
