Acceptance RESULT for lilith-program-r3-20261005 (plan 2026-10-04, go 2026-10-05): candidate adapter d8a8ff33…, 292 steps from the r2 candidate, exam frozen on the full sealed window with the launch-exam held-out seeds, decontamination clean.

Verdict: NOT CERTIFIED, 99 blockers (38 underpowered families, 10 not evaluated, the rest substantive).

Moved: blinded panel 37 pass / 44 fail vs the frozen parent's 4 / 100 (run 2: 15 vs 2); dojo mean 0.374 (run 2: 0.284) vs parent 0.458; better than the parent on read-failure, park-triage, receipts, action-item, five sparring adversaries and five katas; fabrications 15 vs the parent's 44.

Did not move: commitment on_time 0.321 vs 0.551 (the one powered regression); landed-claim 0/3; care hard constraint 3/6 missed risk turns (the deflection turn); katas 12/32 with the costume register (German 1/11); captain-selection reason 1/4.

Why the shadow work under-delivered, recorded honestly: a hand-off race kept the 21 Green teacher siblings out of training, and 20 of them (and 5 of 10 Brown) were unfit for the 16k training context anyway; the trainer rejects multi-turn sibling preference pairs.
