Interactive clients currently lose native ACP session identity and turn outcomes after a lost reply or daemon restart. Add an opt-in private durable chat store with owner/workspace/request-scoped creation, immutable prompt admission, ordered event pages and atomic terminal response/context snapshots. Duplicate requests recover the original result; interrupted work never re-executes automatically. Full native Akh tools and existing authority remain in place; client-pushed MCP credentials are refused by this opt-in contract.

Dependency of Anima Companion Thread Model WI-912, tracked as Akh-Medu WI-530 (01a1113f-fb7f-7f73-b44e-9b269f97aca3). Anima integration is PR776. The wire contract and private-store deployment settings are documented in docs/design/native-durable-chat.md.

Validation: 131 ACP tests passed, including five new receipt tests covering concurrent admission, payload conflicts, private paths, cross-owner denial, exclusive pagination and full daemon-instance restart. Server-feature akhomed check passed. Follow-up typed-diagnostic cleanup has a focused receipt rerun; no live runtime was changed. Deployment remains main-only and requires a coordinated idle window.
